Learn How to Water Wisely
Over 630 million gallons of water are used every day by New Jersey residents. Most of this use is for our lawns and landscape plants. Come learn about the water cycle and ways you can help to conserve water and restore the cycle of water moving through our environment.

Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Ocean County

Dr. Steven Yergeau is the Rutgers Cooperative Extension Agent/Associate Professor with Ocean and Atlantic Counties where he conducts education programs and research addressing water resource protection and management. He works with homeowners, government agencies, and other organizations to implement programs to support sustainable environmental management. Steve received a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from Rutgers University and has 30 years of experience in coastal water quality management.
